Business Development Representative

Trustfull is looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. You will serve as the first point of contact for new prospects, presenting our company’s value proposition while fostering relationships and qualifying leads.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has exceptional communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in sales within the dynamic SaaS industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through research and outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Conduct outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media to create interest in our solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and set up appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain an organized database of prospects, update records, and report on sales activity and metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and industry trends to effectively convey value to prospects.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to achieve individual and team goals.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms.
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Passion for technology and interest in the SaaS industry.
