Project Manager - Disaster Relief

The Project Manager oversees the implementation of disaster recovery projects, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This role manages day-to-day activities and maintains project timelines. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute disaster recovery projects within established guidelines.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project performance.
• Work with stakeholders to align project expectations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local disaster recovery requirements.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering. architectural, public administration, business, or emergency management, public safety or other related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of FEMA funding mechanisms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

The salary range for this full-time role is $140k-$165k per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.  Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
