IT Project Manager

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of technical initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee technical projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issue resolutions.
• Monitor project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success.
• Apply project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities, motivating teams to achieve project objectives.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
