Data Analyst (Work From Home / Dayshift)

• Design and develop interactive and visually compelling dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Connect and manage data sources using Supermetrics to pull data from marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Create data blends to merge insights from multiple sources for a holistic view of marketing performance.
• Build calculated fields and custom metrics to enhance data interpretation.
• Perform data cleaning and manipulation in Google Sheets/Excel as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to understand reporting needs and optimize dashboards accordingly.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure the reliability of reports.

• Proven experience building Looker Studio dashboards with advanced features.
• Strong proficiency in Supermetrics for setting up and managing data connections.
• Hands-on experience with data blending, calculated fields, and performance metrics.
• Solid knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel for data preparation and validation.
• Ability to translate raw data into actionable marketing insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with marketing analytics, digital advertising, or performance reporting is a plus.
• Experience with producing Powerpoint presentations, comfortable contributing insights and information into client marketing material.
