Challenge

We are looking for an experienced backend engineer, responsible for integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance developer productivity, executing POCs, and improving internal workflows. This role requires staying up-to-date with advancements in LLMs and AI agents to support both process optimization and product development as strategic priorities.

What you'll do

- Develop and integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance developer workflows and automation.

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in GenAI, including LLMs, Embeddings, Finetuning, AI agents, and AI-assisted development to drive innovation.

- Design and implement web-based AI applications using popular languages such as Python, C#, and JavaScript.

- Optimize and scale AI-based solutions to address real-world software engineering challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and integrate AI-powered enhancements.

In order to succeed in this position, you will need:

Mandatory skills

- Advanced/fluent English skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong programming skills in C#, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML with web development expertise

- Deep understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, AI agents, RAG, Finetuning)

-  Familiarity with RAG concepts (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB) 

- Key to understanding vector databases

- A proven problem-solving mindset

Nice to have

 - Experience with vector databases and fine-tuning techniques;

familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph

- Previous work on automating developer tools and API integrations (e.g., OpenAI)

- Knowledge of additional AI agent frameworks
