UGC Visual Sourcing Specialist

🧠 About the Role:

We're looking for a Visual Sourcing Specialist to support our creative team in bringing AR Greenscreen ads to life. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing high-quality, organic-looking visuals (images + videos) that align with creator-style ad scripts provided by our team. This is a project -based role, so you will be paid a flat rate for each project completed.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Review UGC ad scripts inside our internal Notion briefs
• Source visuals using various methods including screen recording, TikTok, Reddit, X (Twitter), medical studies, client B-roll, and more
• Upload visuals into Air.inc (our asset management tool) and label them clearly
• Link visuals back to the correct script lines in Notion
• Use strong creative judgment to ensure visuals feel native, UGC-style, and on-brand
• Collaborate with the Project Managers & Creative Strategists to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• A strong eye for content that feels native to TikTok, Instagram, and other short-form platforms
• Understanding of UGC-style creative, organic ad trends, and current events
• Proficiency with tools like Google, TikTok, Reddit, X, Air, Notion
• Basic editing skills (cropping, resizing, creating 9x16 sequences if needed)
• Ability to follow a structured SOP and work independently
• Great communication and quick turnaround time

🌟 Bonus If You Have:

• Background in UGC, video editing, or performance marketing
• Experience sourcing visuals for direct response or creator-style ads
• Comfort using Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools
• Familiarity with visual storytelling and product marketing

• Air – for uploading, tagging, and linking visuals
• Google, TikTok, Reddit, X, ChatGPT – for sourcing
• (Optional) Adobe Premiere – for cropping/editing visuals if needed
