Account Executive

Unitary is on a mission to make the internet a safer place. We’ve built a blended AI and human system that enables enterprise businesses to automate manual trust and safety operations with zero engineering work, no process changes, and without compromising human accuracy.

We started in trust and safety, where we’ve gained significant traction, closing a £17M Series A funding round in 2024, backed by leading names in AI (Plural and Creandum).

Now, we’re entering a pivotal stage of growth as we prepare to expand into new industries and markets.

Meet the Team:

Our sales team will be the driving force behind helping us win markets for cutting-edge AI agent technology. You’ll play a key role in scaling us from 1-10 and beyond, working closely with leadership to refine our GTM strategy, leveraging customer insights to deepen our footprint and shape our expansion into new industries.

As an Account Executive, you’ll harness your passion for the transformative potential of AI to drive revenue growth, deliver impactful solutions at scale, and build lasting relationships with key players in the industry.

This is a flexible position, offering the choice of remote work or onsite in London, with quarterly team offsites in London/Europe and regular conferences in the US.

What you’ll do:

  • Operate in a 360° role, taking ownership of the full sales cycle from lead generation to nurturing and closing opportunities. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding and supporting the growth of accounts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with leadership teams at enterprise marketplace organisations, identifying their biggest needs and opportunities, and educating key decision makers along the way to solve their most pressing challenges.
  • Execute large, complex, multithreaded deals that deliver transformative impact for customers.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and the VP Revenue to refine our ICP, proposition, and go-to-market strategy based on customer insights.
  • Act as a trusted long-term partner to customers, building enduring relationships that deliver lasting value.

About you:

  • 3+ years leading deals involving large ACVs with complex technologies and sales cycles.
  • Ideally, you come from a BPO, trust and safety tech vendor, or have experience selling into trust & safety teams at marketplaces, review platforms, dating apps, or social platforms.
  • Ability to uncover hidden pains and opportunities, and design deals that solve them.
  • Owns all parts of the sales process, particularly in complex, consultative sales environments.
  • Able to build deep relationships and become a trusted long-term partner for customers.
  • Continuously seeking customer insights that can shape our proposition and go-to-market strategy.
  • Autonomous and entrepreneurial.
