In this role, you will- Whitelisting and account setup: obtain necessary permissions, liaise with platform support, and ensure compliance with Meta policies
- Analytics setup: integrate internal tools, configure Pixels, and ensure accurate data tracking
- Campaign launch & optimization: create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to maximize performance
- Creative development: collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-converting ad creatives; conduct A/B tests on formats and messaging
- Testing and scaling: plan and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and funnels; analyze results and scale successful campaigns
- Cross-team collaboration: work closely with CRO, Analytics, Product, and B2B teams to synchronize data, integrate offers, and share insights
It’s all about you- 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing
- Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Strong skills in whitelisting/account setup (access management, support interactions, billing, compliance with Meta policies)
- Experience managing large daily budgets in Tier 1 markets
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Tableau or similar tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Skilled in A/B testing (creatives, landing pages, audiences, funnels) and rapid result analysis
- Ability to brief designers, copywriters, and video production teams effectively
