Location: Hull (3 days office, 2 days field sales/remote)
Salary: £80-90k + Profit Share Scheme
Holidays: 23 days + bank holidays

Are you a dynamic and strategic sales professional ready to make a real impact? We're looking for a talented Sales Leader to drive revenue growth in our thriving care home sales channel.

What You’ll Do:
-Shape and enhance our sales proposition and process to boost new business win rates.
-Oversee a healthy pipeline of new opportunities and craft powerful account management strategies.
-Build and nurture influential relationships within care groups.
-Lead, inspire, and develop our sales team of four, including two field sales area managers, an internal account manager, and a lead generation executive.

Who we are looking for:
-A Sales focused professional who has worked within the Care industry. Ideally an experienced Business Development Manager, who is hands on and is happy to be the face of the sales Care team, thriving on strong relationships and building new business opportunities. Someone who is driven to Lead a sales team, attend key meetings and ensure the team goes from strength to strength.
