Urban Grid is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Delivery Intern to join our team.
As a Project Delivery Intern, you will learn from the Project Delivery team to understand the successful delivery of our projects from late-stage development through Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) contracting and construction, to completion and hand-off to Asset Operations Management. The Project Delivery Intern will experience working with cross-functional and multi-project team resources to ensure solutions are delivered on time and on budget according to defined scope, timeline, and cost parameters. They will have the opportunity to assist in the development of plans, schedules, and control project activities toward these objectives, while learning the technical, theoretical, and managerial skills required to satisfy project requirements.
This is a paid internship that will start on or around June 2, 2025, with an end date of August 8, 2025.
During the 10-week program, interns will participate in virtual, company-wide and department meetings, virtual monthly Friday lunch & learn trainings and a culminating group presentation on your overall internship experience. The program is structured to provide exposure to careers in renewable energy, best practices in internal communications as part of a remote/ hybrid team and best of all, the opportunity to work and support a team of professionals who are experts in their field.

Position will be located in our Headquarters Houston, TX office with a Hybrid 3 days a week/ 2 days remote. Position will require a trip to one of the project sites.
Candidate to work full-time hours Monday - Friday during the summer duration of the internship.

Interns will receive 24 hours of PTO, 2 paid holidays and a $60 monthly cell phone reimbursement during their internship.
