Insurance Specialist Representative

USA Vein Clinics, Vascular Centers, and Fibroid Centers are growing and looking to add an Insurance Verification Specialist to our team! The qualified candidate for this position should have experience with navigating insurance websites, insurance benefit verification and prior authorization process, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance benefit verification process (phone calls and online)
• Write medical necessity using established forms and procedures
• Handle prior-authorization process for office procedures
• Handle insurance calls
• Managing Patient Referrals, Process Referrals: Receive, review, and process referrals
• Coordinate with patients primary care provider & Verify Referral Approval 

• Must be fluent in English
• Previous experience with medical insurance, e.g., benefit verification, prior authorization
• Familiarity with medical terminology through education or relevant work experience
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Immaculate attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent organizational skills

• Starting at $4,000 net weekly
