Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and customer-oriented Data Entry Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team at Bela Brand Bat. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data management systems while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and maintain data related to architectural projects and client interactions into our database systems.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to clients regarding project status updates, billing inquiries, and general information about our services.
• Collaborate closely with our project management team to ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation.
• Identify and report any data discrepancies or issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Uphold confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive client information.

• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using computer software and database systems for data entry and retrieval.
