Construction & Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on the dual role of Construction & Warehouse Coordinator for a 3-month contract in the Nebraska market. This position is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects and the effective operation of warehouse and yard activities. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements, knowledge of traditional copper and fiber optic topologies

Responsibilities:

• Verify the accurate location of underground and aerial facilities based on customer requirements, city records, and field conditions;
• Evaluate proposed projects and ensure cost-effective designs for construction;
• Ensure designs meet customer specifications, guidelines, and budget constraints;
• Coordinate with municipalities, utilities, and other departments as needed;
• Manage customer implementation activities, including site walk-throughs and subcontract labor coordination;
• Perform warehouse and yard operations, including inventory management, quality assurance, logistics, and shipping;
• Inspect and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure safety and functionality;
• Follow safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures;
• Complete tasks assigned by your direct superior.

• A valid, unrestricted Driver's License;
• Forklift Certification;
• Knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements;
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods;
• Ability to lift around 50 pounds, safely climb ladders, and work in extreme weather;
• Experience in working with Excel Tracker;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to travel to different job sites within the market.
