The Role
This founding role will own and revolutionize how we deliver our AI coaching platform across the enterprise. You'll be the strategic architect of how Nadia, our AI coach, adapts to each organization's unique needs - from customizing landing pages and coaching flows to fine-tuning response patterns and implementing specialized features. Working at the intersection of technical implementation and client strategy, you'll ensure every user has a truly personalized experience that feels native to their company culture, whether that's at the organizational, divisional, or regional level.
This is a role for someone who can both execute and innovate. You'll be responsible for developing our customization playbook from the ground up, working directly with our Customer Success team to conduct technical discovery sessions, gather requirements (from leadership frameworks to performance processes), and implement solutions through sophisticated prompt engineering and variable configuration. More than just taking requests, you'll be our expert voice in guiding clients toward optimal solutions that scale, building the foundation for how enterprise-grade AI coaching evolves.

Location and Work Environment
Candidates based in either Toronto or NYC will work 3 days a week in our office locations there. Candidates must be comfortable working with colleagues in different time zones (UK), and have valid travel documents without work authorization restrictions in the US.
