Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for French-speaking clients, addressing their IT support and cybersecurity needs.
• Provide expert advice on cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
• Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in client systems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Educate clients on various cybersecurity tools and frameworks to enhance their security posture.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and threats in IT support and cybersecurity to provide informed guidance.

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or a related technical field is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing technical issues.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
