We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of company events (such as team-building activities, retreats, and off-sites), trade shows, and the Ventrata Open client conference. This role requires strong logistical oversight, vendor coordination, and on-site management to ensure seamless event delivery. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to align events with organizational goals and budgets.
