Pay Rate: $101,802 to a maximum of $130,434 Per Year. Incentive: 15% Target

Position Purpose:
We seek a detail-oriented and tech-savvy PMO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in streamlining project management processes, enhance document control, and support digital innovation initiatives within our CAPEX projects across North America.
The PMO Document Control Manager is responsible for enhancing project management efficiency and effectiveness through streamlined document control processes and digital innovation initiatives. This role ensures the timely and accurate distribution of information across project teams, manages the documentation lifecycle and implements robust procedures for maintaining transparent, current, and traceable records. The specialist will play a crucial role in supporting CAPEX projects across North America by leveraging their technical expertise to optimize document management systems, facilitate seamless information access, and drive digital transformation within the Project Management Office. Through these efforts, the position contributes significantly to project success and organizational efficiency in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The role requires accurate information to be distributed throughout the project team on time and to the people who need it. Responsibilities include compiling contracts, archiving files, and ensuring all team members can access necessary documentation. Additionally, implement procedures to maintain transparent, up-to-date, and easily traceable documents.
