The Opportunity:

The Influencer Marketing Manager is a strategic role focused on leveraging influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement. They identify and collaborate with influencers aligned with the brand’s values and audience, crafting authentic campaigns that integrate brand messaging into impactful content. By analyzing performance metrics and trends, they optimize strategies to drive brand awareness, trust, and ROI. This role is essential for differentiating the brand in a competitive market, fostering consumer connections, and supporting long-term growth through meaningful influencer partnerships.                   


What you will do at VeSync:

·       Planning: Understand the company's marketing strategy, identify risks and opportunities, develop annual plans for overseas markets and full-platform influencer marketing, and allocate budgets and team resources reasonably

·       System Building: Establish and continuously optimize the influencer marketing system, promote the effectiveness of overseas influencer strategies, and enhance the accumulation of influencer resources

·       Monitoring Implementation: Propose an influencer effectiveness evaluation system, actively monitor the execution effects of key campaigns or core influencer resources, analyze and adjust strategies

·       Team Management: Develop team plans, select core talents (including grassroots managers and subsequent echelons), motivate and guide their development

·       Cross-functional Coordination: Build relationships with key personnel in various collaborative departments on the business process, promote effective cooperation, and achieve common goals.    


What you bring to the role:

·       Bachelor's degree

·       5+ years of experience in managing overseas KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing teams, with preference given to those who have experience in building systems and teams from scratch

·       Previous experience establishing a KOL system and strategy

·       Strong resource integration skills, capable of diagnosing the needs and issues of internal and external teams based on actual business performance data, and coordinating resources effectively

·       Strong data analysis skills to evaluate influencer content performance (such as engagement rate, exposure, conversion rate, etc.) and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.

·       Proficiency in using various social media analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.) to extract valuable insights and make optimization adjustments.

·       Ability to regularly produce detailed reports, showcasing the effectiveness of influencer collaborations, optimizing strategies, and guiding the team to further improve collaboration outcomes.

·       Excellent content perception and analytical skills, able to guide in-house teams and influencers to produce high-quality content               

·        Communication and coordination: cross-cultural and cross-organizational coordination and promotion"                    


Location: This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.

Salary: Starting at $90,000/year
