YOUR ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Solutions Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, and enhance our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with particular emphasis on Exchange Online and Outlook platforms. Expert level skills required for key ecosystem elements such as OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and Copilot 365. This position will prioritize enhancing the end-user experience through close collaboration with user support and infrastructure teams. The candidate is expected to be a self-starter who will be proactive in improving our Microsoft environment for users, using automation to realize efficiencies, providing thought leadership on new opportunities and responding thoughtfully to user ideas and concerns. Qualifications
The base salary range for this position in New York City is $200,000 to $250,000. In addition to base salary, Viking employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, 100% coverage of medical and dental premiums, and paid lunches. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be individually determined based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, and other qualifications.
