📌 Social media management (posting, scheduling, responding)
📌 Content creation (blogs, newsletters, social media)
📌 Email marketing (campaigns, automation, analytics)
📌 Marketing admin support (research, reporting, basic website updates, video editing and more!)

Then we’d love to hear from you! As a Marketing VA, you’ll work remotely with small business owners and corporate clients, helping them manage their marketing tasks and stay organised.

We’re always looking for freelance professionals who are confident in a client-facing role and can work independently in a flexible, remote environment.

Marketing VA Requirements – Is This Role Right for You?

🚫 This role is not for you if...

•  You have less than 8 years of experience in your field.
•  You’re not based in the UK.
•  You don’t speak fluent, native-level English.
•  You’re currently employed full-time or working part-time in a physical office.
•  You’ve never worked remotely as a freelancer or in a flexible, self-employed role.
•  You’re unavailable during UK office hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM).
•  You’re between jobs and testing out Virtalent as a temporary solution.
•  You’re looking for a direct replacement for your current job or income.
•  You’ve no marketing experience

Once onboarded, our VAs are given:

• Support and are given access to welcome videos from our client success team

Please note:

• This is a self-employed role
• Professional indemnity insurance is required
• Hourly Rate: £14 per hour (increases to £15 after 12 months)
