Remote Sales Executive

VirtueStaff is seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus
• Comfortable working in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams
