Team Summary
Business Planning and Operations team is responsible for the design and implementation of effective commercial strategies and operations to drive revenue growth and expansion of Visa business. To support the goal, we are looking for an Executive Administrator who will be responsible for a smooth and effective office management and administration.

You will play a critical role in supporting our management team, ultimately responsible for the smooth operation for the Beijing office. The individual will also collaborate with internal and external partners, as well as third parties, to ensure successful delivery of certain systems and projects.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
What you will need:
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, enjoys learning new things and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Independently perform support functions, including scheduling onsite as well as offsite meetings, handling all related logistics and hosting visitors
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 8 years of relevant office management experience in MNC environment supporting a team size of 50 to 80 employees
• Great organizational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize work with strong attention to details
• Experienced in complex travel management and event management
• Self-starter, comfortable working independently and able to work collaboratively with a variety of team members including cross-geographies teams at all levels
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve existing processes that result in enhanced team productivity
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters, particularly in any written communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess high learning ability
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
