What’s it all about?
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager for the EMEA region is a newly created role to help us define, execute, measure and refine a compelling top of the funnel revenue strategy for Visa Cross-Border Solutions, inclusive of Currencycloud brand. You will lead a team of 6 SDRs responsible for filling the pipeline with qualified leads that turn into revenue. You will be an inspirational leader who can drive results, but also adept at building a demand generation strategy that is presentable to a senior audience. Reporting to the Director of Sales Development, you will hold responsibility for the demand generation strategy and top of the funnel reporting for EMEA.
We need you to be creative in developing unique ideas with an ability and willingness to adapt and change to thrive in our agile environment. We’ll need you to be one step ahead of the game and keep updated on the best practices in the industry so that you can keep advancing the function. You’ll need to have a strong interest in data and analytics to gain critical insights into our prospects and customer behaviour to influence purchasing decisions.

What we expect of you, day to day:
Demand Generation Strategy (approx. % of role breakdown – 25%)
Leadership (approx. 45% of role)
Performance Reporting (approx. 30% of role)
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
