We’re on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Brand Designer to join our team in Stockton-on-Tees.
This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in brand design within a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

You will play a key role in assisting the production of branded materials, ensuring consistency and quality across business-wide presentations, internal office branding, social media, and web assets.
We are looking for a Junior Brand Designer to support our team in producing high-quality visual assets that align with Visualsoft’s brand identity. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to create engaging materials that enhance our brand presence.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design Production & Asset Creation
- Assist in creating branded materials for internal and external use, including business-wide presentations, social media assets, and web visuals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative output, following established guidelines.
- Proofread, review and tweak materials produced by internal teams and act as brand guardian to maintain accuracy and quality across any branded assets.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with various departments to understand design needs and deliver effective solutions utilising existing brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and internal teams to support their visual communication requirements.
- Take on feedback and make revisions to designs as needed.
Technical Skills & Industry Knowledge
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Plus Google suite including Google Slides.
- Ability to produce artwork based on brand guidelines with an eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of web design principles is advantageous but not required.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of digital branding and marketing principles.
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not essential.
