We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cloud Operations Support Engineer to join our Support team in Tempe, USA. Reporting to the Cloud Operations Manager, this is an entry/mid-level opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in IT, supporting internal users and gaining exposure to a wide range of systems and technologies.
You'll work alongside experienced engineers and play a key role in keeping our internal platforms running smoothly by providing first-line support, maintaining hardware and software, and contributing to process improvement and documentation.

You will be a proactive technician who actively seeks opportunities to improve your skills and the IT environment. You will be someone who loves to be social and have fun, be an approachable team member and actively contribute to the culture of the Corporate IT department and Vix Technology.
