The opportunity: 

We are currently seeking an experienced D365 Functional Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role involves trainings, reporting, and providing technical support for end users to ensure the smooth running of financial and operational processes within the system. If you have a strong Microsoft D365 F&O background, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you! 

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Provide day-to-day support to users by resolving functional and technical issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O. Troubleshoot issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. 
  • Troubleshoot issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. 
  • Handle incident and service requests, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) via a Jira ticketing system or similar. 
  • Building, validating and customising Jet reports. 
  • Provide training and guidance to end users on system functionality and best practices. 
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, knowledge base articles, and system procedures. 
  • Assist in configuring and maintaining various modules within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Human Resources. 
  • Perform regular system checks, updates, and optimizations to ensure peak performance. 
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and new releases of Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring minimal business disruption and smooth transitions. 
  • Ensure the application of necessary security protocols, compliance standards, and financial regulations within the system. 

 

 

What we want from you: 

  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations' features, functionality, and configuration. 
  • Proven experience in a support role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (minimum 2-3 years) 
  • Strong expertise in financial modules, particularly: 
    • General Ledger 
    • Accounts Payable 
    • Accounts Receivable 
    • Fixed Assets 
    • Banking 
    • GRNI management  
  • Advanced knowledge of: 
    • Financial posting structures 
    • Chart of Accounts configuration 
    • Dimension setup and management 
    • Purchase order processing 
    • Migration reconciliation 
  • Proven experience in: 
    • Financial reporting tools (Jet Reports, Power BI) 
    • Budget management and upload processes 
    • Month-end closing procedures 
    • System controls and security setup 
  • Understanding of system integration and data migration techniques. 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to analyze user issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Strong documentation and training skills. 
  • Collaboration & Time Management: 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. 

Additional Technical experience will be advantageous:  

  • Experience with data migration and post-migration cleanup 
  • Knowledge of automation tools for financial processes 
  • Understanding of procurement processes and controls 
  • Experience in fixed asset module implementation 
  • Ability to troubleshoot posting and reconciliation issues 
  • Experience with financial report development 

 

What we offer:

  • Salary depending on presented skills:
    Mid: 100 - 130 PLN/h (B2B contract for 6 months)
    Senior: 130 - 160 PLN/h (B2B contract for 6 months)
