What does a work environment look like at Vouch?

Vouch has employees located across the U.S., with offices in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City. This role can be based anywhere in the U.S. as long as you can work our Vouch core collaboration hours (8:30 am-2:30 pm Pacific Time) when most internal meetings are held.

Role Responsibilities: 

Are you a creative professional with a sharp eye for design and a passion for storytelling? Vouch is seeking a skilled freelance Brand/Graphic Designer to elevate our brand presence across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for turning complex ideas into compelling visuals.

Job Duties: 

  • Website: Design new website landing pages using existing patterns and templates.

  • Collateral: Create or update sales collateral, including one-pagers, white papers, and sales decks.

  • Social: Develop engaging social media graphics aligned with brand guidelines for both paid and organic campaigns.

About You:

You’re a designer with 5+ years of experience who excels at crafting visuals that resonate. You thrive on collaboration, can balance multiple projects, and have a keen understanding of both brand consistency and creative innovation.

Nice To Have:

  • Familiarity with Webflow 

  • Data-driven design approach

  • Knowledge of analytics tools like GA4 or Amplitude

  • Copywriting skills for web and social content

  • Experience with early-stage startups or a background in insurance

What to expect in the interview process:

  • 30-minute phone call with our recruiting team

  • 30 minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager

  • Meet the team! 30 min 1:1 Zoom meetings with 1-2 team members you’d work closely with in the role

Salary Range:

  • Rates / time periods

    • $90-100 per hour 

    • 2/17 to 7/14 (Parental leave coverage): Max 15 hours per week

    • 7/21 onward: Max 5 hours per week
