What You’ll Do:

• Provide intake and reception services for top-tier law firms across the U.S.
• Answer and screen calls, assisting clients with inquiries and guiding them through processes
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive legal information
• Collaborate with your team to improve the client experience
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer needs
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish (spoken and written)
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and patience
✔ Prior customer service experience (required)
✔ Experience in legal intake or reception is a plus!
✔ Sales experience is a bonus
✔ Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with CRMs is a bonus
✔ Availability for flexible scheduling, including occasional night shifts
