Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure timely follow-up communications.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in management consulting or related industries.
• Strong understanding of effective sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
