As a Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in our recruiting process. You will act as a liaison between candidates & our recruiting team, ensuring a seamless & positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding. Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, coordinating onsite visits, managing candidate communications, & continuously seeking ways to enhance our recruiting processes. You will be a key contributor to our mission of attracting & hiring top talent.
The role is based in our downtown Raleigh, North Carolina office. We offer a hybrid work environment where you will be in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday, providing flexibility while maintaining collaboration & team engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the scheduling of all types of interviews (phone, video, virtual, & onsite) across multiple time zones, ensuring timely communication & efficient coordination with candidates & interviewers.
Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional candidate care throughout the recruiting process. Maintain regular communication with candidates, answer inquiries, & address any concerns promptly.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate & identify opportunities to streamline & enhance our candidate experience processes. Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency & effectiveness.
Interviewer Management: Collaborate with Hiring Managers & Interviewers to maintain up-to-date Interviewer Panels in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring alignment with hiring needs.
Travel and Logistics: Coordinate all aspects of candidate travel, including flights, hotel accommodations, & transportation. Manage expense reimbursements & ensure compliance with company policies.
Job Postings: Assist with updating and maintaining job postings on the WalkMe careers page & external job boards, ensuring accuracy & consistency.
Special Projects: Participate in & contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing the recruiting process & supporting the Talent Acquisition team.
Experience: Prior experience in HR, Recruiting, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a foundational understanding of recruiting principles & practices.
ATS Proficiency: Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other enterprise systems, showcasing your ability to navigate & utilize technology to manage candidate data & processes.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy & precision in your work.
Process-Driven: A passion for creating efficient processes that simplify & optimize workflows.
Composure: Ability to remain calm & focused under pressure, effectively managing multiple priorities.
Team Player: Collaborative & communicative, comfortable initiating conversations & building relationships across all levels of the organization.
Communication Skills: Excellent written & verbal communication skills, enabling clear & concise communication with candidates, interviewers, & hiring managers.
