Compensation Range: $50,000 - $80,000per year

This role has a base salary of $36,000 and average first year total compensation, including incentives, of $60,000+. On Target Earnings in this role are $66,000 and within 12 months 60-70% of Automotive Sales Consultant exceed the OTE

• Assist customer on buying desired vehicle.
• Educate customers on financial products and financing options.
• Able to maintain the unit average and the minimum performance that is required by the store.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
• Proven experience working within a team environment.
• Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
• This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, not required.
