The Opportunity

Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for social media?

Are you a natural communicator with strong client-facing skills?

Do you want to take ownership of a workstream and manage a project team?

We’re looking for a Project Manager with proven Client Services experience to join our team. This is a key role within the client account, and you will be working with the clients daily, as well as managing the internal agency tasks for delivering all ongoing work. The work is a combination of project and retainer work, and you will be working alongside another Client Services team member, where the two of you will jointly own the day-to-day client relationship and be responsible for the delivery and the quality of the work.

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • Client services experience managing clients and client expectations and comms to ensure a seamless delivery of work and output. 
  • Proven ‘traditional’ PM skills including writing/updating timing plans, budgets, SoWs/delivery plans, booking and managing resources and managing a project team
  • A strong understanding of social content in 2025, including a solid understanding of key platforms (TikTok, Insta and more) and have helped to deliver viral social content for global brands.
  • Hands-on experience for planning and managing small-scale content creator shoots (in-house shoots) to ensure that we deliver high quality output, first time.
  • Experience in running both Always On/Retainer work and larger Campaign workstreams as doing this with limited to no errors.
  • Good with finances, you understand that effort equals budget-spend, and you stay on top of budgets throughout all your projects
  • Managed a variety of work intended for social platforms including social and editorial content, experiential, Influencer and Content Creators workstreams
  • Familiar with agency turn-around times and ways of working – good understanding of the dynamics of agency processes

  • Experience establishing yourself as the go-to person on the account 
  • Always takes full accountability for your results/deliverables
  • Being solutions-driven and be confident in vocalising them 
  • Experience minimising the need for clients/stakeholders to escalate issues above me or to require unnecessary input from my colleagues
  • Will Contribute new ideas and points internally which are then taken forward/adopted
