Virtual Assistant - Marketing & Automations

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant with expertise in marketing and automations to join our client's team.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including

• Set up and manage automations and workflows using tools like Zapier.
• Integrate AI tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Build and manage funnels using platforms like Clickfunnels.
• Create and run Facebook ad campaigns, including ad setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Communicate with clients or prospects via messaging platforms to provide updates and answer inquiries.
• Implement and manage basic systems and tools for streamlined operations.
• Ensure all tools and strategies align with the company's funding processes and objectives.

• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier) and funnel-building platforms (e.g., Clickfunnels).
• Experience in setting up and running Facebook ad campaigns.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their integration into workflows is a plus.
• Professional Spanish and English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and prospects.
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.

• Work from home;
• Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
• Starting salary between 4$ - 6$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
