Our client, a rapidly growing law firm at the forefront of real estate development and public finance, is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join their Affordable Housing & Community Development Practice Group in Austin, Texas.

What You’ll Do:

As an Associate Attorney, you’ll collaborate closely with Directors, fellow attorneys, and paralegals to provide strategic legal counsel and transactional support to a diverse client base. You’ll engage with both public and private entities, playing a key role in affordable housing projects, bond transactions, tax credit deals, and real estate finance matters.

🔹 Advise and represent clients in affordable housing, community development, and real estate transactions
🔹 Structure and negotiate complex deals, ensuring compliance with tax credits, bond financing, and regulatory frameworks
🔹 Partner with developers, lenders, and public agencies to facilitate innovative housing solutions
🔹 Work on high-impact projects that shape communities and transform urban landscapes

Who You Are:

✅ A licensed attorney in Texas, in good standing
✅ Have 3-5 years of experience in affordable housing, bond, tax credit transactions, real estate, or real estate finance
✅ Thrive in a collaborative, high-energy legal environment
✅ Possess a strong understanding of financial structures, contracts, and regulatory compliance in real estate development
✅ Ready to hit the ground running and take on a meaningful role from day one

Your Background:

🎓 J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school (Top 1/3 of class preferred)
🏛 Solid experience in private law firms, with a focus on real estate transactions, finance, or public-private partnerships
