This role is for Weekday's client.
Understand Clients’ Objectives:
- Gain deep insights into clients’ business goals, challenges, and needs to provide strategic solutions.
Build Long-Term Relationships:
- Develop and sustain trusted, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure mutual success.
Collaborate Across Teams:
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to deliver seamless solutions tailored to clients’ requirements.
Drive Sales Growth:
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within existing accounts to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Track and Analyze Metrics:
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators such as sales growth and client satisfaction to ensure ongoing success.
Report to Senior Management:
- Provide detailed updates, insights, and performance reports to senior leadership on account activities and growth strategies.
Enhance Client Offerings:
- Collaborate with customer service and product teams to customize offerings that align with the unique needs of each client.
Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven 1-12 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret client data and track performance metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
