Senior Manager B2B Marketing Manager

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Manager – B2B Marketing to lead our efforts in acquiring new business prospects, expanding relationships with existing clients, and driving company-wide marketing objectives. This role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, account-based marketing, and digital campaigns. The candidate will work across teams and engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and optimize B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive lead generation and maximize MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) & SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) through various channels.
  • Leverage data analytics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

2. Lead Generation & Lifecycle Management:

  • Identify and utilize multiple platforms for lead generation, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, mentorship programs, and partnerships.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to attract new clients and re-engage dormant ones.
  • Establish a lead nurturing framework to improve conversion rates.

3. Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Develop top account personas and create targeted marketing strategies for high-value B2B clients.
  • Design and execute personalized engagement plans across various touchpoints.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales objectives.

4. B2B Partnerships & Industry Networking:

  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry influencers, trade bodies, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business development goals.

5. Content Development & Marketing Collateral:

  • Create and maintain high-quality marketing collaterals tailored to different customer segments.
  • Regularly audit and update Employer Zone (website) to ensure information is current and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Develop engagement-driven messaging to strengthen brand positioning.

6. Social Media & Digital Presence:

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and other B2B social media platforms.
  • Ensure content strategy aligns with lead generation and brand awareness objectives.

7. Paid Marketing & Performance Tracking:

  • Plan, execute, and track paid digital marketing campaigns, ensuring ROI-driven performance.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or SimpleCRM for lead tracking, reporting, and nurturing.

8. Industry & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends.
  • Provide insights to internal teams for informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing or related fields.
  • Proven track record in pipeline generation, campaign management, and ROI analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, SimpleCRM, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in email marketing, database marketing, and inbound marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing.
