The impact of Senopr Specialist, Field & Account Based Marketing to Coupa:


As Senior Marketing Specialist, Benelux & Nordics, you will manage the marketing plan and implementation. for Denmark, Netherlands and Sweden, playing a critical role in Coupa’s growth across the region. Reporting to the Senior Field Marketing Manager, UKI, this role combines autonomy and strategic planning with hands-on execution. From managing tradeshows to developing ABM campaigns (1:1 and 1:few), you will design and deliver impactful marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, support sales objectives, and establish Coupa as the leading spend management platform in the region.

 

This remote-first role requires a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of the Benelux and Nordics markets and the cultural differences is essential. Ideally, you are based in the Netherlands, but flexibility is key as Coupa continues to expand its regional presence.




What you'll do:
  • Regional Ownership: Plan and execute Coupa’s marketing strategy for Denmark, Netherlands and Sweden, taking the initiative to identify opportunities and drive results while ensuring alignment with EMEA-wide goals.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Implement 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs to engage key accounts and drive pipeline, with messaging tailored to customer personas and buying stages.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute high-impact events, including tradeshows, hosted events, and intimate networking opportunities.
  • Sales Collaboration: Build strong relationships with sales leadership and teams, proactively providing support and insights to align strategies with revenue objectives.
  • Cross-functional engagement: Partner with EMEA and global teams, including customer marketing and product marketing, to deliver cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Use analytics and data to own campaign performance measurement and optimize ROI, consistently refining programs to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.


What you will bring to Coupa:
  • Experience: 5+ years in field marketing, ABM, or demand generation within B2B enterprise software/SaaS, with a strong record of driving pipeline and revenue. Channel marketing experience is a plus.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency with MarTech tools, including Salesforce (CRM), Marketo (marketing automation), 6sense (ABM platforms), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Outreach (sales engagement).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; Dutch, Danish or Swedish is a plus.
  • Regional Knowledge: Understanding of marketing strategies for Benelux & Nordics, with sensitivity to cultural nuances and customer preferences.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to work closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Self-Starter: Highly proactive, unafraid to take action, and able to work independently to deliver results in a remote-first environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
