As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving lead acquisition and nurturing strategies to fuel Welcome Pickups' growth. By planning and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, implementing effective SEO tactics, and leveraging analytics for data-driven decision-making, you will ensure impactful marketing initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll align efforts across sales and marketing while creating compelling content and utilizing marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance lead quality. Your contributions will directly impact engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, positioning Welcome Pickups for continued success.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across platforms such as Google and social media ads.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and other assets to improve performance and drive engagement.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Implement and manage SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building efforts, to drive organic traffic and leads.
- Collaborate with content writers to align marketing materials with SEO best practices.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create dashboards and reports to communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders.
- Content Development
- Oversee the creation of demand generation assets, including landing pages, whitepapers, case studies, and email templates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that materials are on-brand and resonate with target audiences.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with sales, product, and customer success teams to align on lead generation goals and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Provide feedback loops between sales and marketing to refine targeting and improve lead quality.
- Event & Campaign Support
- Support marketing initiatives for online events and webinars by driving attendance and generating post-event leads.
- Coordinate lead capture and follow-up processes to maximize conversion potential.
- Marketing Systems & Automation
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot CRM to set up automated workflows for lead nurturing and lead scoring.
- Ensure data hygiene and accuracy within CRM systems to enable reliable campaign reporting and targeting
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital and performance marketing, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and HubSpot CRM.
