THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Marketing Project Manager to our Marketing Operations team in São Paulo! 

YOUR IMPACT

• Review and interpret campaign briefs to ensure clarity and alignment with objectives.
  
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  
• Allocate resources effectively among designers, copywriters, web and email developers, and other team members.
  
• Apply project management frameworks such as SCRUM, KANBAN and/or LEAN to ensure proper project organization. 
  
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the marketing team.
  
• Align project scope and deliverables with client expectations.
  
• Facilitate feedback loops to ensure client satisfaction.
  
• Oversee the creation of marketing assets, including digital paid media, email copy and design, landing pages, and HTML templates.
  
• Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and compliance standards.
  
• Track and report on project performance metrics.
  
• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Prior experience in project management within a marketing or advertising environment.
  
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana specific knowledge is a plus) and CRM platforms (Hubspot, Braze, SFMC specific experience is a plus)
  
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and asset production.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Fluency in English.
