Influencer Marketing

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing brand marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on influencer and social media marketing. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging with social media creators, planning and executing influencer campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators, conducting market research, and maintaining professional relationships with influencers. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and achieve brand growth.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

  1. -Logging & Discovery of social media creators.
  2. -Reaching out to suitable creators, promoters and signing the contract with them.
  3. -Planning monthly campaigns, communication & budget for Influencer marketing for the brand.
  4. -Getting campaigns executed from the Influencers.
  5. -Create reports to track brand growth, highlighting areas for improvement
  6. -Market research to identify market gaps and have a better understanding of consumers
  7. -Maintain healthy and professional relationships with Influencers.
  8. -Cross functional coordination with different teams for implementation and operations

Required Skills:

  1. Relevant Experience in influencer discovery and onboarding processes.
  2. Effective communication skills.
  3. Proficient negotiation skills to ensure favourable terms with influencers.
  4. Ability to manage PR and influencer relationships effectively.
  5. Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets and Google Docs for data analysis and reporting.
  6. Experience in campaign planning and budget management (soft skill).
  7. Familiarity with social media marketing metrics (good to have).
  8. Basic visual design and copywriting skills are advantageous.
