Full-Time 40 Hour Position

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Sign-on Bonus: $2,500

Come join our team of professionals at Westborough Behavioral. This 100-bed, free standing psychiatric inpatient hospital and outpatient program located in Westborough is looking for a highly motivated, Full Time Human Resources Coordinator. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and accomplish assigned tasks. The Human Resources Coordinator is under the supervision of the Human Resources Director and is responsible for the administrative support of the day-to-day human resources operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates new employee on-boarding
  • Responsible for and maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Manages, tracks and ensures compliance on all employee information and documentation as dictated by governing agencies and policies, including new hire required documentation, employee actions, and certifications/licensure.
  • Manages and processes all incoming employee data in HRIS (including certifications, W-4’s, direct deposits, address changes, etc.)
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Handles general office duties including but not limited to filing, making copies, taking phone calls, checking department messages, and preparing mailings.
  • Assists with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests; refers more complex and sensitive questions to appropriate HR staff or management.
  • Assists with payroll entries and HR projects.
  • Assists with applicant tracking system
  • Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and presentation of the work product to a high standard is required.
  • Individual must possess strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of college or equivalent work experience required.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • UKG and HRIS experience preferred.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience required.
  • Experience in a Behavioral Healthcare or Hospital setting preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.
  • Must have Technical, critical thinking and interpersonal skills relevant to Human Resources to effectively communicate with applicants, employees, team members, department managers/directors and administration.
