Are you a driven, dynamic sales leader who has taken SaaS companies to their next stage of growth?

Leonardo247 is seeking a results-oriented Senior Vice President of Sales to deliver increased market share and substantial sales growth. Expanding the sales vertical and identifying market opportunities will be crucial skill sets. The SVP, Sales will lead and continue to help build a direct sales team while expanding channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the sales team, while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
  • Achieve assigned organizational objective for revenue and other strategic goals.
  • Communicate the sales strategy across the sales and partnership functions; monitor the strategy as the team executes, and focus the team on executing ambitious goals
  • Create accountability within the company by tracking performance metrics and coordinating activities to deliver these metrics and ensure sales organization success
  • Coordinate the specific objectives of the sales plan with all departments of Leo247
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
  • Develop and share professional and technical knowledge as a thought leader
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by senior executives and/or board member
  • Bachelor’s Degree or MBA
  • 5-10 years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of over-achievement, including a minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience
  • SaaS Experience required
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Proven ability to develop and initiate strategies for revenue and client count growth as well as expense control
  • Strong understanding of sales
  • Experience running and building a sales team required
  • Build, maintain, and effectively manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Accurately forecast sales results
  • Follow a structured sales methodology as well as meet/exceed sales quotas
  • Great communication skills
  • Willing to travel
  • Exceptional references
