Window Nation is undergoing a major transformation initiative to support its tremendous organic growth. The Project Manager will report to the Program Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams including external and internal stakeholders.  The activities of this role will evolve as Window Nation progresses in the transformation journey. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.

Window Nation is a rapidly growing home improvement company and is currently located in 26 different business markets with plans to double in size within the next five years.  This position will be integral in the development and implementation of maximizing our operations efficiency and optimizing processes that are scalable and sustainable as the company gains more complexity. 

• Responsible for existing and future state business applications that manage the business from leads to post-installation services calls.
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are conducting their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplined team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure the execution.
• Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties understand the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to internal customers.
• Obtain internal customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Transformation projects (e.g., ERP, CRM) oversight
• Other duties, as assigned

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years using Azure DevOps or similar work management tools
• 3+ years of related Project Manager experience

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• IT project manager, or delivery manager with software development experience preferred.
• Superior written and verbal communications skills and a strong managerial presence.
• Detail-oriented with direct experience working with the business to plan, prioritize, and launch multiple time-sensitive projects.
• Strategic and critical thinker with the ability to bridge connections across workstreams.
• Initiative-taker that has successfully led a project team through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
• Excellent people skills with experience collaborating directly with executives and business leaders.
• Understanding of ERP implementation
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Budget management experience
• Experience working in Wrike (work management platform)
