Sales and Customer Operations Associate - Cebu

The Sales & Customer Operations team team are tasked with providing vital support to our sales and customer success teams across With Intelligence’s business intelligence product suite. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team at an exciting time, whilst working with well-established market-leading products and supporting the launch of new products to clients. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, flexible, able to work independently and in a team, and exude a positive attitude.

We are looking to expand our team to cover our customers based in North America, so this role will be primarily night shifts, with some rotation onto day shifts.

Responsibilities

•        To provide operational support to the sales and customer success teams

•        First line support for customer queries and responding to support tickets (email based)

•        Troubleshoot customer access issues and ensure all information relating to customers is up to date

•        Lead conversion and assignment to the sales team

•        Work with the business to ensure data integrity, driving accuracy of customer data to help commercial teams achieve their objectives

•        Manage and maintain customer records in Salesforce

•        Perform clean up and conversion of data in our systems and Salesforce

•        Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager

•        Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

•        Possess excellent oral and written English communication skills

•        Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook

•        Experience with any customer service platforms (EG Zendesk, Freshdesk) a plus

•        Strong in multi-tasking with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively

•        Resourceful with good research skills

•        Meticulous and well-organized individual with good attention to detail

•        Ability to take constructive feedback and a willingness to learn new skills

•        Diligent, proactive, responsible, and comfortable with accountability
