Under the supervision of the Head of Revenue Performance, the Revenue Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in deciphering past performance, facilitating daily business operations, and providing recommendations for future strategies. The primary mission is to generate actionable insights through data analysis, supporting the sales and marketing teams in making informed decisions
You will be responsible for monitoring key revenue metrics and KPIs, for ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, operations and customer service departments and for supporting strategic decision-making.
Additionally, you will lead efforts to optimize and automate operational processes & tools to enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Opportunity Modeling:
- Forecast business impacts of strategic decisions
- Assist the prioritization of product and service development through business case analysis.
- Performance Tracking:
- Conduct post-mortem analyses of promotional / commercial operations.
- Assess the ROI of marketing actions, particularly through Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
- Contribute to the design and implementation of various business tools (e.g management dashboards)
- Advanced Insight Generation:
- Analyze price/promo elasticities for products & sales channels
- Perform customer clustering based on lifetime value and product usage.
- Webscrap data, particularly customer reviews.
- Master’s degree in business administration, sales, or related field with a first successful experience in a similar role
- Enthusiasm for the potential of technology to improve people's lives
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse global team
- A collaborative individual who inspires others and cultivates strong working relationships across all departments.
- Ability to make documented decisions, with consideration of all alternatives and risks with a demonstrated business-centric mindset
- Outstanding communication in French and English and interpersonal abilities
- Highly proficient in SQL and Office/Google suite. Python/R experience is a plus
