We’re now looking for a Production Data Analyst Intern, who will analyze production data to support our Customer Service team decisions.

• Monitor production data KPIs and assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements
• Compare performance of software releases and identify bugs
• Present your findings to the Engineering and Customer Service teams
• Support automation of data analysis and reporting using Excel
• Assist in maintaining and improving data accuracy and integrity

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights.
• Attention to details and focus on quality
• Ability to learn fast
• Basics of SQL is a plus
• Experience with BigQuery, Grafana or Looker Studio is a plus
