Your role:
As our Growth Manager, you will manage our network and outreach to drive new business and strengthen Wolff Olins London’s profile as a thought leader in the industry in collaboration with our marketing team. You will also act as the backbone for pitch teams, providing them with valuable documents, research, and support while taking the lead on smaller pitches.

You are responsible for:
- Reviewing and, where appropriate, responding to new business enquiries in a timely manner in consultation with the Executive Director, Growth
- Carrying out detailed research to effectively screen new clients/business opportunities.
- Collating and assembling creds decks, brand books, answers to RFP and other sales collateral for incoming enquiries, proactive new business opportunities and succeeding client meetings
- Helping to set up and review casting for pitches to form a balanced team relevant to new business enquiries/client requirements and manage the team throughout the pitching process
- Creating and tailoring case studies, ensuring they are easily accessible
- Communicating with internal teams to ensure they are fully informed of the client brief and any relevant background research
- Survey and researching the market to identify opportunities across all practice areas
- Manage and engage our network - keeping our database up-to-date, creating invite lists for events etc. With support from the Executive Director, Growth take the lead on smaller pitches

- Hybrid working setup (min in the studio 3 days a week)
