This role is intended to be a full-time exempt hybrid position. This role reports to the Acting SVP of Data & Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement IT governance frameworks, including incident management, change management, and service delivery optimization.
    • Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs to track IT performance and ensure timely resolution of issues across headquarters and field locations.
    • Improve and monitor a centralized IT help desk and support model to provide seamless assistance for staff, with potential to transition to a Managed Service Provider for 24/7 coverage.

Business Applications & Systems Management

    • Work with systems and data domain owners to optimize solutions such as Salesforce, Sage Intacct, Expensify, Google Workspace, and other critical enterprise applications.
    • Work with business process owners and department stakeholders to define requirements for system integrations and automations.
    • Collaborate with the Data & Engineering and Field Technology teams for implementation of integrations and data interoperability across platforms.
    • Ensure business applications are configured, maintained, and aligned with organizational needs, while overseeing vendor relationships and SaaS contracts.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

    • Support the SVP of Digital and Data in implementing security measures, including identity management, endpoint security, and compliance programs.
    • Assist in conducting cyber risk assessments, security audits, and regulatory compliance evaluations.
    • Lead efforts to implement staff security training programs and ensure adherence to IT security best practices.
    • Oversee IT disaster recovery and business continuity planning to mitigate cybersecurity threats and operational risks.

Project Portfolio & Budget Management

    • Maintain oversight of the IT and enterprise technology project portfolio, ensuring initiatives align with WCK’s strategic goals.
    • Conduct quarterly and monthly portfolio reviews and reporting to track project milestones, budget status, and resource allocation.
    • Ensure that IT and technology investments are cost-effective, scalable, and support long-term organizational needs.

Technology Support & Field Operations Enablement

    • Ensure IT support models provide seamless service to both headquarters and field teams, particularly in crisis zones.
    • Develop training programs for staff on enterprise applications, cybersecurity best practices, and technology usage.
    • Evaluate and introduce solutions that improve remote work capabilities, connectivity, and mobile-first technology adoption.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT leadership, enterprise technology management, or related roles, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Strong expertise in IT service management (ITSM), enterprise applications, and business process automation.
  • Experience managing and optimizing Salesforce, Sage Intacct, Expensify, Google Workspace, and other critical platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to define business requirements and oversee system integrations, working with technical teams for implementation.
  • Experience with cybersecurity initiatives, IT governance, and compliance in a global or high-velocity environment.
