Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Salesforce Intern to join our team for a summer internship. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a foundational computer science or business process knowledge and who are eager to gain practical experience in Salesforce administration and development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the customization, configuration, and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and create documentation for new projects.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of solutions.
• Support the implementation of new Salesforce solutions, features, and workflows.
• Perform basic data management tasks such as importing, exporting, and cleaning data within Salesforce.
• Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management or a related field.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot basic Salesforce issues and recommend new Salesforce application solutions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with others and learn from experienced team members.
• Adaptability: Interest in learning Salesforce tools, technologies, and best practices.

The hourly pay range for this position is $20 - 30/ hour. Work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training determine our salary ranges. The ranges displayed on each job posting reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries but are subject to change if the leveling of the role is adjusted.
