Responsibilities
- Acquire, develop strategic accounts and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Own individual and team quota for strategic accounts
- Build and lead a high-performing SDRs and Account Executive Sales Teams focused on strategic enterprise account acquisition
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expanding our presence within strategic accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance the value delivered to clients
- Drive the development and execution of sales strategies specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of strategic accounts
- Monitor sales performance metrics and lead the team in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Present sales performance reports, KPIs and OKRs to the executive team and propose strategic initiatives
- Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and determine account-focused strategies
- Facilitate training and development programs for the sales team
- Leverage Hubspot and other CRM tools to manage relationships and record sales activity and customer interactions
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in sales leadership, preferably in strategic account management within the AI or software industry
- Experience with enterprise-level client management and proven success in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and the ability to craft effective sales strategies
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ensuring effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in using Hubspot software and sales forecasting tools to enhance effectiveness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Experienced within FinTech SaaS, data, AI, and Credit industries
